    • 1) Low toxic non-combustible which does not discharge toxic (halogen) gas
    • 2) No carcinogens such as halogen or antimony
    • 3) Char formation N/P synergy effect makes heat loss low
    • 4) Variable non-combustible mechanism promoted
    • 5) Realization of non-combustible mechanism by using 30-40 degree's combustibles
    • 6) Minimal use of combustibles in compound makes the reduction of mechanical property minimized

    Testing Specification
    • 1) Standard : 50 mm diameter
    • 2) Source of Heat : methyl alcohol from alcohol lamp
    • 3) Length of Flame : 5 cm, reaching length : 1 cm
    • 4) Heating MethodHeating for 10 seconds → Extinguishing Time Check (T1) → Heating for 10 seconds → Extinguishing Time Check (T2)
    • 5) Results : (T1 + T2) 50 seconds
    • 6) ASTM Standard V0 : (T1 + T2) ≤ 50seconds
      V1 : (T1 + T2) ≤ 250초
      V2 : (T1 + T2) ≤ 250seconds ⇒ Dripping on cotton
