    Characteristics of Product
    Front side zinc coil is treated by pre-weather finish by means of a unique pickling process. Being tinged with natural anthracite and blue-grey, perceived color is either one or another depending on the angle of reflection. HOWSOLPAN/ZCP is high-quality noble material, generally used for roofing and wall cladding. Thanks to quasi permanent durability, it preserve a stately atmosphere with time. Almost no maitenance work is necessary owing to its excellent anti-corrosive and anti-abrasive properties.

      Due to the function of formed PATINA on the surface of zinc panel and special alloy make them anti-corrosive and anti-abrasive. Normally, the lifespan of roofing shall be more than 100 years in case of the application with ZINC, and 150 years in case of wall cladding.

  • Specification

    HOWSOLPAN ZCP is the best quality interior/exterior cladding panel for next generation consisting of two sheets of RHEINZINK (0.7mm - 0.5mm) and aluminum sheet (0.7mm - 0.5mm) with non-toxic polyethylene core inside which was joined together as sandwich type.

    ZCP has RHEINZINK surface and it is newly developed and quite different from other composite panels.

    Blue-grey of naturally oxidized color is unique one and be harmonized with surrounding architectural materials creating an elegant atmosphere.

    We are proud of durability of RHEINZINK surface more than 100 years and no discoloration and decoloration can be found due to natural oxidation. And this is suitable for high quality building for new and remodelling works.
